João Pinheiro Nogueira Batista

POSITION: Chief Executive and Investor Relations Officer

João Pinheiro Nogueira Batista holds a degree in Economics from PUC-RJ and an MBA in Economic Engineering from Universidade Gama Filho-RJ. He has an extensive executive career, built in both the public and private sectors. Throughout his professional journey, he has participated in several successful business restructurings and reorganizations, such as at Evoltz Participações S.A., Lojas Marisa S.A., and the Cerradinho Group. He has held executive and senior management roles in institutions such as Swiss Re Seguros, Bertin S.A., Suzano Petroquímica, Dresdner Bank, Citibank, Radiobras, and Siderbras. João has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of VPorts Autoridade Portuária S.A. and as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Wiz Soluções e Corretagem de Seguros, among others. Currently, he is a full member of the Board of Directors of Braskem S.A. and an alternate member of the Board of Directors of Klabin S.A. He also serves on the Risk and Compliance Committee of Wiz Soluções e Corretagem de Seguros S.A. Additionally, since 2010, he has been actively involved with a third-sector organization, the Instituto de Reciclagem do Adolescente-Reciclar.

Marcelo Vaz Bonini

POSITION: Chief Financial Officer

Marcelo Vaz Bonini is graduated in Accounting by the Pontifícia University Católica of São Paulo, with more than 35 years of professional experience. He performed by 8 years in the Coopers & Lybrand how consultant auditor and accounting auditor. Subsequently entered in the TVA Sistema de Televisão, company of the Abril Group, how Controller and worked as Chief Financial Officer. Afterwards joined a Holding of the Abril Group, where exercised 15 years as Controlling, Budget Plannning, Corporate and Tax Director until assumed the posistion of Financial and Administration Vice-President, taking apart of many Committees and Boards of Directors in the Abril Group´companies. During these years make part of several proccess of M&A, JVs, startups, obtaining financial resources through various national and international financial instruments, IPOs, operations reorganization, corporates, debts reorganization including judicial recuperation process. The People Management team resports to CFO, Marcelo Bonini, in the actual structure.

Priscilla Carla Versatti

POSITION: Chief Legal Officer

Priscila Versatti is lawyer, with master’s degree in Tax Law by Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, specialist in Tax Law by Instituto de Estudos Tributários, specialist in Capital Market by Fundação Getúlio Vargas, professional in Compliance Anti-corruption CPC-A by the Legal Ethics Compliance, Deputy Legal Officer at Federação das Indústrias do Estado de São Paulo – FIESP. She joined the Company in September 2011 as Tax Manager of the Legal Department, in August 2014 she took the position of Head of Tax, Litigation and Planning of the Legal Department, until today, when she takes the position of Chief Legal Officer.

Leonardo Caetano Araripe

POSITION: Commercial Executive Officer

Business Administrator with an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA in Industrial Management from Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul. He has over 25 years of professional experience managing operations and commercial teams. He was a founding member and served on the Executive Committee of Petrobahia S/A as Head of Operations and Commercial. Subsequently, he joined the Gerdau Group, where he held various executive commercial positions within its steel plants and proprietary distribution network over 25 years. He also served as Industrial Manager of the company’s largest flat steel processing plant. In the last 10 years, he held positions as Head of Commercial Operations in the North, Northeast, and Southeast regions at Gerdau. He joined the Company in October 2024 as Commercial Director.

Bruno Abrantes Rodrigues

POSITION: Eluma´s Operation Executive Officer

Administrator with an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, with extensive experience in operations management, strategic planning, and Supply Chain. He has worked in large companies such as Paranapanema and AkzoNobel, holding leadership and strategic management positions. He has expertise in managing high-complexity operations, S&OP, production planning and control (PCP), strategic and budget planning, with a strong focus on cost reduction, process optimization, and project management. He has led initiatives aimed at operational excellence, process restructuring, and implementing solutions to drive organizational results.

Bruno de Paulo Silva

POSITION: Caraíba´s Operation Executive Officer

Metallurgical Engineer with a specialization in Welding Engineering, an MBA in Business Management, and a Master’s degree in Management and Industrial Technology. He has over 16 years of experience in leadership positions at Paranapanema S.A., including General Operations Manager and Production Manager. He has expertise in industrial process management, maintenance, production, and operational improvements in smelting, electrolysis, rolling, and drawing. He has a strong background in strategic management, implementing lean cultures, and conducting safety audits.
