Banco Bradesco SA is the custody agent of the shares issued by Paranapanema. It is the responsibility of Bradesco to maintain the records of the shares and registry of shareholders, the update and payment control of distributed dividends, the exercise of the rights and receipt of securities issued by Paranapanema.
Shareholder services can be provided through the branch network of Banco Bradesco distributed in the national territory, through the Internet (for account holders) or through the exclusive telephone number for the shareholders 11 2178-5757 (operations desk – Bradesco Corretora). For non-account holders, the service can be performed through the branch network of Banco Bradesco throughout the national territory.
Registry update: registry data can be changed at any branch of Banco Bradesco. To do so, the shareholder must submit originals and copies of ID (Registro Geral – RG), social security number (Cadastro de Pessoa Física – CPF) and proof of residence. The shareholders whose custody is CBLC – Companhia Brasileira de Liquidação e Custódia (the Brazilian Clearing and Depository Company) should contact the brokerage firm through which the investments were made.
Holders of bearer shares: the process for conversion to shares, as well as the retroactive payment request to the rights of the last three years, can be started in any branch of Banco Bradesco.
